GARANTIE HEAD-ZUP

It is our declared policy to enable a buyer to use the HEAD-ZUP Mirror indefinitely, by providing support and spare parts, in an attempt to fight back against the throw-away and programmed-obsolescence mentalities that now characterise 99% of consumer purchases.

The HEAD-ZUP Mirror benefits from a Life-Time Guarantee that covers the stainless-steel structure, the connecting tubes, and the polycarbonate mirror, against any manufacturing faults or material failure.

The HEAD-ZUP Mirror benefits from the statutory European guarantee of 2 years for the longevity of any decorative flag or sticker, for the black metalwork finish - which will eventually take a patina - and for the black rubber boots, as the latter may be subject to wear and tear.

The guarantee does NOT cover mirrors that have been modified, damaged by abrasion, or where the use of inappropriate cleaning agents or chemicals has damaged the component parts.

However we will repair any HEAD-ZUP Mirror that has been accidentally damaged, free of charge, with the exception of shipping costs.

The HEAD-ZUP Helmet Adapter benefits from a similar guarantee, with the exception of the self-adhesive pads which benefit from the statutory European guarantee of 2 years, except where their failure is due to the use of excessive force or incorrect installation ; these parts are however available as spares.
