The Head-Zup Mirror is unique, being completely adjustable, both for the position of the mirror in relation to your head, and for the orientation of the mirror in relation to your eye.
Weighing under 9 grammes, its optically flat and distortion-free polycarbonate mirror gives a crystal-clear and stable view of what's going on behind you. Unlike handlebar-mounted mirrors with their extremely limited, and fixed, field of vision, slight movements of your head with the Head-Zup enable you to scan a far wider field of vision than can be achieved by any other mirror on the market.
Because it's flat, the mirror shows cars at the same scale as the ones you can see in front of you, and the eye has no refocusing to do.
Made in France from stainless-steel, brass, and unbreakable polycarbonate, the Head-Zup Mirror is designed to last a life-time. The flag supplied is a high-quality die-cut sticker that the buyer fits themselves.
It is our declared policy to enable you to use HEAD-ZUP products indefinitely, by providing an honest guarantee, support and spare parts, in an attempt to fight back against the throw-away and programmed-obsolescence mentalities that now characterise 99% of consumer purchases. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Note - there are no hidden Taxes, Duties, or fussy paperwork when we ship to a UK address, so NO unexpected Brexit costs.
The Head-Zup Adapter enables the Mirror to be clipped directly to a helmet rather than to glasses, for those that either don't wear glasses, or would prefer to wear their mirror on their helmet.
The mirror works in exactly the same way. It can still be fitted and removed in seconds.
The adapter is made of unbreakable polycarbonate and is supplied with two special self-adhesive 3M pads that are used to stick the adapter inside the helmet shell. On most helmets this is a very easy procedure. However, please note that some urban helmets require a little more ingenuity - we will be happy to advise you by e-mail if you need any advice that may be specific to your helmet.

Like you, probably, we hate the impersonalisation of "modern electronic commerce", having spent a life-time behind a sales-counter with real people opposite us, or at least speaking to humans on the telephone.
Be reassured that we read every email, and guarantee you a proper answer, usually the same day.
The risk of injury from the mirror is essentially zero, and certainly less than the risk of being injured by your glasses, since it is designed to detach itself and fly off upon the slightest impact.
What is more, being made from unbreakable polycarbonate, it is not possible for the mirror to shatter and cause injury - unlike other mirrors on the market, that all use acrylic, which is cheaper, where this risk does indeed exist.
The image you see in the mirror is the same in both cases, once correctly adjusted. Your helmet needs to be a good fit and not wobble around, for the mirror to work successfully. Some people just leave the mirror on their helmets permanently, others just leave it on their cycling glasses the whole time. But in either case, removal and refitting takes seconds.
The main adjustment of the wire structure is only ever necessary once, when carrying out the initial fitting, either to your glasses or your helmet. Afterwards, the only adjustment required involves the three mirror pivots ; this takes seconds and is done everytime you take your bike out.
Yes. Send us some pictures, and we'll either send you the necessary parts, or ask you to post it to us for us to fix it. All we charge is the return postage, the repair is free. Beat that.
Yes. Send us some pictures of the problem, and we'll send you a solution ; we've never seen glasses where the mirror couldn't be fitted.
Sorry, at the moment, No - we only have the five "British" flags for mirrors that are fitted on the Right of the helmet.
Sorry, at the moment, No - we only have the continental European flags for mirrors that are fitted on the Left of the helmet.
Sorry, we've only got stocks of the flags we list. However, put a message in with your order and if we get sufficient requests then we'll get a batch made and drop you a line.
Yes, we can do branding for companies and clubs, for a minimum of 20 mirrors, at no extra cost. Send us a vectorised copy of your logo, and we will confirm the price and the delay.
In our experience, bags like these are just unnecessary junk that would make the product more expensive, heavier and bulkier to ship, and the bags end up in a dustbin, emptied in turn into landfill. The product is so robust that, apart from deliberately scratching the mirror on concrete, there's not much you can do to damage it.
No. If your helmet has a drop-down bubble or screen, the mirror will get in the way. If you bought a mirror and have now discovered this, we will refund all your monies, just send us a message.
